• Sotheby's in defeating all claims in a three-week jury trial in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The alleged fraud had been considered one of the largest art frauds in history, valued at up to $1 billion.

• 7-Eleven in successful defense against purported class action claiming that 7-Eleven franchisees are employees of 7-Eleven and entitled to overtime and expense reimbursement.

•  New York Community Bancorp in a significant trial victory in the New York State Court and the Department of Labor’s Administrative Review Board relating to the termination of several employees.

• Boston Scientific in securing a $158 million verdict following a patent litigation between competitors in the endoscopy space. The jury found that the plaintiff willfully infringed the asserted patents.
