Shama is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice group. She advises clients across a range of industries, with a particular focus on life sciences. She has experience in disputes and other matters covering various intellectual property rights including trademarks, database rights, copyright and design rights. Shama assists with commercial transactions, with experience in drafting and negotiating supply and distribution agreements.
Shama also maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in matters of immigration and human rights.
