James Babounakis focuses his practice on the discovery aspects of regulatory proceedings and complex litigation in federal and state courts, including representing clients from the pharmaceutical, industrial and financial services industries in antitrust matters, government investigations and complex civil litigation. Mr. Babounakis has developed significant experience in all phases of discovery including managing large-scale document reviews and production, formulating discovery strategy, coordinating discovery in nationwide litigation, defending privileged documents in challenges in state and federal courts and motions practice.
