Jana Blahova advises sovereign states, corporate entities, and high-net worth individuals on cross-border, high-value commercial litigation, and international arbitration disputes over a wide range of areas, including shareholder disputes, partnership/joint venture disputes, contractual disputes, professional negligence, breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duties.

Jana represents clients in a variety of sectors, including private equity, banking, energy, mining, and pharmaceuticals. Her commercial litigation experience involves disputes before the High Court, the Technology and Construction Court, and the Court of Appeal. In the field of International Arbitration Jana has experience in arbitrations conducted under a range of arbitral rules, including the LCIA, LMAA, SIAC, UNICTRAL, and ICSID. Jana also regularly engages in pro bono initiatives in a number of areas.
