Casey Brouhard advises on legislative and regulatory policy related to a wide range of health care issues. Drawing from her experience on Capitol Hill and with key health policy Committees, Casey counsels clients on a variety of issues including Medicare, Medicaid, public health, health care providers, and FDA-regulated products. She has experience drafting legislation, amendments, comment letters, and strategy documents for clients and coalitions.

Prior to joining the Legislative & Public Policy practice group, Casey worked for Representative Michael Burgess (R-TX) where she served as Health Counsel handling the Congressman’s health care, veterans, and oversight portfolios and clerked for the House Energy and Commerce Health Subcommittee Republicans. During her time on Capitol Hill, she helped pass legislation on drug pricing, maternal mortality, medical innovation, and COVID-19 policies.
