Parker Brown

Parker Brown concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions. He represents funds, financial institutions, and non-bank lenders in the origination and restructuring of commercial real estate mortgage and mezzanine loans. Parker's practice also includes work on commercial mortgage-backed securitizations and loan portfolio purchase and sale transactions. Additionally, he advises developers and institutional investors in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of commercial properties.
