Marjorie Carter specializes in corporate restructuring.

Marjorie received her law degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law where she served as the Production Editor for the Northwestern Journal of Human Rights. While in law school, she worked in the Bluhm Legal Clinic in the Center for International Human Rights. She also served on the executive board of Northwestern's Women's Leadership Coalition.

Prior to law school, Marjorie worked as a legal assistant at a law firm and in-house at a Fortune 500's legal department.
