Kelley Changfong-Hagen focuses her practice on white collar defense and investigations, securities enforcement, and complex litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Kelley served as a law clerk to the Honorable William F. Kuntz, II of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Kelley received her law degree from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an online editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review. While in law school, Kelley served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Paul A. Engelmayer of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and as a teaching assistant to Dr. Justin McCrary.
