Adrian Chochorek is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Finance group. His practice focuses on an array of corporate and commercial matters, including assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions, licensing transactions, intellectual property, technology, privacy, and data security.

He also maintains an active pro bono practice assisting nonprofit corporations and small businesses with corporate governance and intellectual property matters.

Adrian earned his J.D. from the NYU School of Law, where he served as Senior Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law, a Lederman Scholar of Law & Economics, and President of First Generation Professionals. Prior to law school, Adrian taught English in Tokyo, Japan and graduated summa cum laude from NYU College of Arts & Science.
