Jill DaSilva is a staff attorney in Arnold & Porter's eDiscovery + Data Analytics group. Since 2018, she has worked on a wide array of eDiscovery matters, including multidistrict litigation, government investigations, product liability class actions, antitrust and regulatory filings, M&A deals, and breach of contract and fiduciary duties. Her extensive experience managing document review workflows, supervising contract attorneys and utilizing eDiscovery tools spans the pharmaceutical, transportation, insurance, health, and education industries. Additionally, Ms. DaSilva has achieved the Review Management Specialist certification from Relativity and the Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) and eDiscovery Executive certificates from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists. She is an active member of Women in eDiscovery.

Ms. DaSilva also maintains an active pro bono practice with the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless, helping indigent clients secure a range of benefits—housing vouchers, Supplemental Security Income benefits, Interim Disability Assistance, shelter-stay extensions, reasonable accommodations for disabilities, debt waivers, and habitable housing conditions—and successfully resolving every matter she's undertaken.

Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Ms. DaSilva worked for a national Social Security Disability law firm, managing hundreds of prehearing cases and representing claimants in administrative law hearings throughout the country. She gave opening and closing arguments, cross-examined medical and vocational experts, presented medical evidence through use of electronic exhibit files, filed appeals, and wrote on-the-record requests to administrative law judges.

Ms. DaSilva graduated from Syracuse University College of Law in 2015, where she was involved in the Cold Case Justice Initiative, Onondaga County Law Department's Civil Litigation Unit, Children's Rights and Family Law Clinic, National Trial Competition Team, and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She received the CALI Award for Excellence in Trial Practice and was a quarterfinalist in the 2014 Grossman Trial Competition.
