Omar Debs focuses on antitrust litigation as well other general commercial litigation matters.

Omar provides antitrust advice and counseling on antitrust matters, including advising on antitrust regulatory reviews of proposed mergers and litigating court challenges filed by U.S. antitrust enforcers.

Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Omar focused primarily on representing clients in antitrust litigation brought by the Federal Trade Commission, including the Horizon/Amgen, Peabody/Arch Coal, and the Illumina/Grail mergers. Omar was also a regulator in Nevada in the gaming industry before attending law school.

Omar was born in Los Angeles, California. He received a B.A. from Michigan State University in 2012 and a J.D. magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2019, where he was the Symposium Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif.
