Sarah Elnahal's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and white collar investigations. Sarah took a brief hiatus from the firm to serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth A. Pascal of the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
Sarah maintains an active pro bono practice with a particular focus on immigration and housing.
Sarah is a Harlan Fiske Stone graduate of Columbia Law School. She represented an individual in asylum proceedings through Columbia Law School's Immigrants' Rights Clinic. Sarah also served as Editor-in-Chief for the Columbia Journal of European Law.
