Daniel received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he was an associate managing editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. During law school, he interned for the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York, and for the Honorable Kiyo Matsumoto in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
