Katya Farkas' practice focuses on advising clients in the life sciences and medical devices sectors in relation to regulatory matters and public and administrative law litigation before the UK and EU Courts. Ms. Farkas has assisted with litigation before UK and EU courts arising from the decisions of regulatory bodies such as the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and the European Medicines Agency (EMA).

Ms. Farkas recently completed a secondment to a global pharmaceutical company where she worked on a broad range of commercial matters including pharmacovigilance regulations, GDPR, regulation of promotion and advertising and use of websites and social media in relation to medicinal products and medical devices. She has also assisted with work relating to public inquiries into medicinal products.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Farkas worked for a law firm in Los Angeles, California.
