Nathan Frost

Nathan Frost’s practice focuses on investment management related matters, including the formation and management of private equity funds, venture funds, funds of funds, and other alternative investment vehicles. He has experience in a broad range of corporate, securities, and financial transactions. Mr. Frost routinely advises fund managers on legal, regulatory, and transactional matters associated with their investment management and related operations. In addition, he works with investors on structuring and negotiating potential investments in private funds and other investment vehicles.

Mr. Frost received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School where he served as an associate editor of the Michigan Law Review.
