Joe Galvin focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, representing industry-leading clients in complex litigation matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), International Trade Commission (ITC), and various district courts. He works with a variety of subject matters, including electronic devices, apparel, and various mechanical devices. Joe maintains an active pro bono docket.
Prior to joining the firm, Joe was a primary patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) focusing on patents related to semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes.
