Paloma García Guerra

Senior Associate

Paloma García Guerra is an associate in the London office of Arnold & Porter as a member of the firm's International Arbitration practice group. Paloma advises clients in international investment and international commercial arbitrations, with a particular focus on disputes involving Latin America. She has represented sovereign States, State-owned and private sector companies in international arbitrations conducted under the main institutional rules (including ICSID, ICSID Additional Facility, ICC, and UNCITRAL rules) relating to various sectors, including mining, construction, renewable energies, telecommunications and the defense industry.

Before joining the firm, Paloma was an associate and trained at several international law firm in Paris, where she acted for sovereign States and corporations in investment and commercial arbitrations, relating to disputes in Latin America, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. She is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and is fluent in German, Spanish, French and English. She was included by Best Lawyers 2021 in the Ones to Watch list for international arbitration in France.
