Andrew George

Andy George serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Arnold & Porter. He leads and provides strategic direction to a global team of finance professionals covering all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, treasury management, client billing and collections, business planning, tax compliance, payroll, pricing, and practice analysis.

Andy has more than two decades of experience building and leading teams in global law firms with significant operating scale and complexity. He has built high-performing teams by ensuring that each member is consistently developing their expertise and abilities through coaching and training.  

Andy advises the firm’s executive leadership and practice leaders on financial strategy and helps align all stakeholders towards goal attainment. He collaborates with senior leaders to establish and execute innovation-centered objectives focused on achieving the firm’s overarching growth goals.
