Reuven advises his clients on the tax aspects of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, restructurings, real estate investments, securities offerings and the formation and operation of private equity funds.
He is experienced with negotiating, documenting, facilitating and consummating transactions involving partnerships, corporations and offshore entities. His clients include private equity funds, private and public companies, venture capital funds, REITs, high-net-worth individuals and tax-exempt organizations. Reuven also has experience advising founders and startup companies on tax issues relevant for emerging companies.
Reuven is recognized as a leading tax lawyer and speaks regularly at the firm’s industry and legal symposia on a range of subjects, including the impact of tax reform on cross-border transactions, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and structuring private equity transactions.
Reuven also has an active pro bono practice where he advises non-profit organizations and impact-focused start-up companies on tax matters.
