Dorothy Isgur works in healthcare on various legislative and regulatory matters, including monitoring, tracking, and summarizing policy to help clients strategically engage with Congress and the executive branch. Before joining Arnold & Porter, she gained valuable experience working for the Texas Legislature, KXAN Austin, and the Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP), during which she developed a keen interest in health policy.
Dorothy received a degree in Sociology and History from the University of Texas at Austin, where she was part of the Liberal Arts Honors Program.
