Bettina Jendrek is a member of the firm's Product Liability Litigation group. She represents clients in complex civil litigation, including mass tort, product liability, and personal injury litigation in state and federal courts.
Bettina represents clients in all stages of litigation from the inception of a case through trial. She manages the defense of multiple mass tort litigations, handling all aspects of pretrial work, including case investigation, assessment and management, developing discovery strategy, taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions, and preparing cases for trial. Bettina also has extensive experience preparing and arguing significant motions and litigating the propriety and amount of requests for attorneys' fees and costs. Bettina has also been an active member of several trial teams in high-stakes jury trials.
Bettina graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and was elected to the Order of the Coif upon graduation.
