Emily Joshi-Powell is an associate in the firm's general litigation group. She represents clients in a wide variety of complex civil litigations, including commercial contract and business disputes and antitrust matters. She also maintains an active pro bono practice with an emphasis in reproductive rights.  

Emily graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where she served as executive articles editor of the Brooklyn Law Review and competed in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Rachel P. Kovner of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
