Stephanie Kelly

Stephanie Kelly represents public and private companies and investors in connection with a variety of corporate and financial matters, including general corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity investing.

Stephanie graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she was a Managing Editor for the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. During law school, she served as a judicial extern with the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court.

Before pursuing the law, Stephanie worked with Teach for America where she served students in low-income areas by providing resources to families and instructing social-emotional coping techniques to pre-school students.
