Sam Kleinman is an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation practice. He represents clients in complex commercial litigation and regulatory enforcement matters. He has experience litigating toxic tort cases arising under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Price Anderson Act (PAA). He has also represented clients in complex insurance disputes. Mr. Kleinman also has experience advising clients with respect to environmental regulatory and permitting issues, including those related to the Clean Air Act (CAA).
Mr. Kleinman maintains an active pro bono practice, with a special emphasis on eviction defense and unemployment compensation matters.
Mr. Kleinman received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Articles Editor on the Georgetown Law Journal. He recently returned to the firm after completing a clerkship for the Honorable Colleen Kollar-Kotelly of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
