Catherine Langhans is a litigator focused on complex commercial matters at both the state and federal trial level. Catherine’s broad range of experience includes cases involving complex contractual disputes, intellectual property matters, and product liability litigation. She maintains an active pro bono practice centered on civil rights litigation.
During law school, Catherine interned for both Judge Colleen McMahon of the Southern District of New York and Judge Jack B. Weinstein of the Eastern District of New York. She also completed a semester-long externship with the Legal Aid Society.
