Senior Associate

Rebecca Maller-Stein focuses on general and complex commercial litigation, and has significant experience representing media and entertainment and telecommunications companies and hedge funds and financial institutions in federal and state court and in adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court. She also maintains an active pro bono practice concentrated on LGBTQ and intellectual property rights and family and housing court matters in trial and appellate proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Becca served as a law clerk to Judge Paul G. Feinman of the New York Court of Appeals and to the Honorable Jon O. Newman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She also practiced as an associate at an international law firm in New York.

Becca graduated magna cum laude from Cardozo Law School, where she was a notes editor for the Cardozo Law Review. She received her A.B. from Bowdoin College.
