Mikayla Marcum works with clients on a wide range of legislative and regulatory matters relating to energy, infrastructure, technology, and trade policy issues. She monitors policy developments and analyzes federal legislation to support client strategy development and stakeholder outreach with Congress and the executive branch.

Mikayla received her B.A. in International Studies and M.A. in International Affairs Policy and Analysis from American University, with concentrations on U.S. foreign policy, national security, and transatlantic relations. During her studies, Mikayla completed a range of internships, including in the office of former Congressman Beto O’Rourke (D-TX), the German Marshall Fund in Brussels, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and an international consulting firm.
