Olivia Mathews is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice who focuses on intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on patent litigation. A chemical engineer, Olivia has experience litigating in numerous fields, including telecommunications, software, household goods, medical devices, and life sciences and in parallel Patent Office proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Olivia handled IP matters at an AmLaw 100 firm. She earned her J.D. at Harvard Law School. She is a Registered Patent Agent at the USPTO.
