Molly McGrath focuses on product liability, mass tort defense, and complex commercial litigation matters. She represents pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and other consumer product manufacturers and retailers in product liability actions and other commercial disputes. She has defended clients in state and federal courts including multidistrict litigation proceedings. Molly is an active member of the firm’s Pride Affinity group for LGBT lawyers.
Molly is dedicated to pro bono work and concentrates on LGBT, immigration, family, and civil rights litigation. Molly has partnered with Immigration Equality, Brooklyn Defender Services, New York Legal Assistance Group, and the Center for Appellate Litigation in various matters.
Molly served as a legal intern at the United States Attorney's Office, Western District of New York. Molly received her law degree from Boston College Law School, where she was a senior editor for the Boston College Law Review and member of the Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Moot Court Team. Molly also served as a lecturer of environmental law and policy at the Boston College Morrissey School of Arts & Sciences.
