Rachel Mower’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions.
Ms. Mower received her JD from the University of Minnesota Law School with a Business Law Concentration, where she was on the “A” Dean’s list all available years; was a member of the Civil Rights/Civil Liberties Moot Court; and was involved in her law school’s Business Law Clinic, first serving as a student attorney and then as a student director. During law school, Ms. Mower worked as a corporate extern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis where she received Corporate Externship Honors. She also served as a well-being initiative mentor for other law students.
Prior to law school, Ms. Mower worked for an Am Law 100 firm's Government Advocacy Group and as a paid-staffer on two statewide political campaigns: US Senate and Gubernatorial.
