Rachel Mower’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions.

Ms. Mower has experience representing lenders and borrowers in structured financings as well as in other related transactional matters. Her structured finance experience spans a broad spectrum of industries, assets, and transaction structures. Ms. Mower advises financial institutions, servicers, trustees, and issuers in securitization transactions, particularly those involving commercial real estate and aviation assets.

Ms. Mower received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School with a Business Law Concentration, where she was on the “A” Dean’s list all available years and was involved in her law school’s Business Law Clinic, first serving as a student attorney and then as a student director. During law school, Ms. Mower worked as a corporate extern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis where she received Corporate Externship Honors.

Prior to law school, Ms. Mower worked for an Am Law 100 firm's Government Advocacy Group.
