Zachary Nemirovsky focuses his practice on complex technology-related litigation, with an emphasis on patent litigation and complex commercial litigation. He has experience supporting clients in technical industries, including electronic design automation, lasers/optical systems, cable/networking technology, and life sciences. Zack has experience with various stages of court litigation, including pleadings, technical analysis, discovery, motion practice, and trial support. He has also worked on litigation at the International Trade Commission.
Zack graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law, summa cum laude, where, among other roles, he was president of the Jewish Law Student Association, served as the advocacy chair on the board of the Honors Moot Court (Internal), and was a senior associate on the High Tech Law Journal.
