Daniel J. O’Brien represents commercial clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of real property. His practice focuses on the hospitality industry, including assisting hotel owners with the buying, selling, and management of hotels and resorts nationwide. He also has significant experience in the office, multifamily, and retail sectors and an active pro bono practice advising nonprofit organizations on real estate issues.
During law school, Dan served as managing editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics.
