Eric Padilla focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on product liability litigation. He represents companies in the defense of lawsuits in state and federal courts. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, providing assistance in criminal justice and civil rights matters.
Eric graduated from New York University School of Law, where he served as a Senior Articles Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law and as a Professional Development Co-Chair for the Latinx Law Students Association (LaLSA). Prior to law school, he worked at a boutique law firm specializing in securities finance.
