Alex Potcovaru is an attorney in the firm's general litigation group. He represents clients in a wide array of commercial matters, including those navigating cross-border challenges and government investigations. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Alex graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar and a managing editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. During law school, Alex interned with the Human Rights and Special Prosecutions Section of the Department of Justice. He earned his B.S.F.S. cum laude in International Politics from Georgetown University and his L.L.M in International Criminal Law from Amsterdam Law School.
