Eliseo Puig represents clients in commercial litigation and arbitration with a focus on breach of contract, class action, product liability, and insurance disputes. Eliseo has experience leading every phase of complex disputes for both plaintiffs and defendants, including pre-litigation counseling and resolution; drafting and arguing case-dispositive motions in state and federal courts; overseeing fact and expert discovery; and trying high-stakes cases to verdict.

In addition to litigation, Eliseo counsels a major manufacturer of consumer products on federal and state legislative and regulatory matters and one of the world’s largest video game developers on intellectual property issues. Eliseo also maintains an active pro bono practice, with an emphasis on protecting asylum seekers, incarcerated persons, and veterans.

Eliseo received his J.D. from Harvard Law School where he was Senior Online Editor of the Harvard Law & Policy Review; President of La Alianza, the school's Latino affinity organization; and a member of Harvard Defenders. Prior to joining the firm, Eliseo was a law clerk to The Honorable Christine M. Arguello of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and from 2010-2012 he served as a Foreign Affairs Officer at the U.S. Department of State.
