Pamela Safirstein’s practice focuses on white collar litigation and intellectual property law. Her practice includes representing clients in litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. In addition, Ms. Safirstein advises clients on the clearance and prosecution of trademarks.
Ms. Safirstein earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a Legal Research and Writing Fellow and a Development Editor of the American Criminal Law Review. Ms. Safirstein earned her BA from the University of Michigan, with Distinction, in Political Science and International Relations.
