Michael Sapienza focuses on representing institutional lenders providing construction and permanent loans for residential properties, hotels, office buildings, shopping centers and mixed-use developments throughout the United States. He regularly handles workouts, co-lender and participation arrangements, loan sales and other aspects of financing transactions. Mr. Sapienza also has extensive experience in the acquisition, leasing and sale of office buildings, shopping centers and other commercial property.
