Yaru (Lisa) Shi

Lisa Shi is a staff attorney in the firm's litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on general and complex civil and criminal litigation and government investigations ranging from antitrust to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) matters. Ms. Shi has broad experience in managing various aspects of the discovery process including electronic discovery for foreign languages, diligence process for mergers and acquisitions, privilege review and defense of privilege claims.

Ms. Shi also is active in pro bono matters related to voting rights, including volunteering for the Election Protection Voter Hotline and assisting in efforts to challenge Pennsylvania's photo ID law.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Shi worked for a medical device company where she was primarily responsible for product registration in China and other Asian countries.

Ms. Shi is fluent in Chinese and English, and highly proficient in Japanese.
