Hasan Siddiqui’s practice focuses on antitrust litigation and assisting clients with government review of mergers and acquisitions and filing obligations under the Hart-Scott Rodino Act. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on representing clients in disability benefits hearings.
Hasan received a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar and served as the Treasurer for the Columbia Antitrust Law and Economics Association. Prior to law school, Hasan completed his undergraduate degree in Economics at University of California, Berkeley.

- Generic pharmaceuticals manufacturer in defense of wholesaler (direct purchaser) and third party payor (indirect purchaser) purported classes, opt-out direct and indirect purchaser actions, and State enforcement and damages actions, in a consolidated federal multi-district litigation, in which plaintiffs allege that the company conspired with several other generic drug makers to increase prices of a number of different generic drugs, creams, lotions, and ointments.
