Eftychia Sideri

Eftychia Sideri focuses on EU regulatory matters affecting companies in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and food sectors. Her practice is focused on a broad range of Life Sciences regulatory issues, including clinical research, product classification, marketing authorisation, CE marking, post-market surveillance and advertising and promotion.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sideri was involved in the implementation of the Medical Devices Regulation during her traineeship at the European Commission. She has worked in Paris and Brussels offices of leading international law firms, where she focused her work on EU, French and Belgian Life Sciences regulation.

Ms. Sideri holds an LL.M. from the College of Europe as well as a Master degree in EU Health Products Law from Strasbourg University. Ms. Sideri is fluent in French and English and she is a native Greek speaker.
