Ebony Slaughter-Johnson supports clients with interests that intersect with education policy, financial policy, and federal appropriations. Ebony is a skilled writer and analyst, building on her experience as a researcher for a progressive think tank.
Ebony is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School. She has enjoyed a variety of work experiences, having previously interned with several nonprofits, the United States House of Representatives, the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, and Arnold & Porter. She is the co-author of several reports produced by the Institute for Policy Studies and contributed to the research, writing, and editing of “The D.C. Reentry Navigator: Empowering You to Succeed with a D.C. Criminal Record” published by the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia. Ebony brings a passion for research, writing, collaboration, and service to Arnold & Porter.
