Hailey Sullivan’s practice comprises a range of commercial litigation matters. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, including work supporting voting rights. A cum laude graduate of UC Hasting Law, she served as a senior symposium editor of the Hastings Law Journal and worked for the Office of the Marin County Public Defender and the corporate module of Hastings’ Startup Legal Garage Corporate Module.
