Darryl Toler has substantial experience in the areas of electronic discovery and legal privilege. He has successfully leveraged technology to facilitate the various phases of the discovery process primarily in antitrust matters, breach of contract lawsuits, and internal corporate investigations. Mr. Toler regularly serves clients across a broad range of industries, including sales of medical supplies and devices, music entertainment, and probate law.
Mr. Toler is a graduate of the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville, where he was an editor with the Journal of Law Education. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Toler worked as a staff attorney at an area financial services law firm. He is a member of the US Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims and has provided pro bono services to veterans seeking to appeal unfavorable service connection decisions.
