Alex Wang

Alex Wang represents pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and healthcare companies on regulatory, compliance and transaction matters, including cross-border collaboration, technology transfer and licensing, market access and commercialization strategies, post-market compliance, and China human genetic resources, etc. Mr. Wang also advises public and private multinational companies on a wide range of issues, including mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, employment-related issues, corporate governance, and compliance with PRC laws. He serves clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, chemicals, agriculture, sports goods, etc.

Mr. Wang obtained his LLM degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. He also received his LLB degree and LLM degree from Fudan University School of Law. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, and has also passed the PRC Bar. Before joining the firm in 2010, he had worked at the Shanghai offices of two major US law firms. Mr. Wang is a native speaker of Mandarin and is fluent in English.
