Seth Warshaw

Seth Warshaw works in the firm's Corporate & Finance group. His practice focuses on an array of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and investment management.

Seth earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal, and held research and teaching assistant positions. During law school, Seth also served as an intern for the U.S. Attorney's Office - Eastern District of New York and the New York State Department of Financial Services.
