Paul Waters focuses on a variety of policy areas, including financial services, tax, digital asset regulation, technology, and defense. He monitors policy developments and analyzes legislation to support client strategy development and stakeholder outreach in Congress and the executive branch.
Prior to joining the firm, Paul interned with multiple government affairs firms and in the office of Rep. Scott Peters (D-CA), where he developed an advanced understanding of public policy and the legislative process. He graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from American University, where he is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy.
