Clemens Weygandt

Clemens is an associate in the firm's Business & Finance Group. His expertise is in the areas of pharmaceutical research and development contracts, and general commercial contracting. He assists clients in the biotech field with their contracting needs in both the R&D and commercial phases, including licensing agreements, clinical trial agreements, sponsored research, and technical and material supply agreements. Clemens helps clients build and refine legal structures and operational plans for early and late phase clinical trials, as well as sales and distribution agreements for radiopharmaceutical, and other drug products. He also supports the general commercial contract portfolios of several clients, with an emphasis on custom contracting, and process optimization. Clemens’ clients include, among others, large pharmaceutical companies and an international retailer with a strong U.S. presence.
