Rui Wu focuses her practice on complex regulatory compliance issues, including anti-corruption issues under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other anti-corruption laws, data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity. She also advises on internal investigations and response to government investigations. She has also counseled clients on cross-border disputes and cross-border judicial assistance matters under the Hague Convention. Ms. Wu represents both multinational and Chinese clients across industries, including technology, e-commerce, communications, and the life sciences.
Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Ms. Wu worked in the Shanghai office of a leading Chinese law firm. Ms. Wu is a native speaker of Mandarin and fluent in English.
