Daniel Yablon focuses on complex civil and appellate litigation in federal and state courts. He has represented clients in the life sciences, technology, energy, and retail sectors in high-stakes litigation at the trial and appellate levels and in proceedings before federal agencies.
Daniel also maintains a significant pro bono practice with a focus on voting rights, civil rights, and criminal justice.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel served as a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General at the U.S. Department of Justice. Before that, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable David S. Tatel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the Honorable Alison J. Nathan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Honorable William A. Fletcher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Daniel graduated first in his class at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he served as Senior Articles & Essays Editor for the California Law Review and won the McBaine Honors Moot Court Competition.
