Shenkman Quoted in Bloomberg Law on CEQ’s NEPA Proposal

Environmental partner Ethan Shenkman was quoted in a recent Bloomberg Law article, "Round Two of Environment Permit Change to Ask: Revert or Refine?" The article projects that the process of recasting US environmental permitting rules will be a two-step approach. Shenkman comments that the Biden administration may be open to working on procedural reforms to chart a new path forward for renewable energy infrastructure.
